May 13, 2020 Day 58 of Covid -19 stay at home still. The Door has brought Gumby and Pokey to the zoo. They wander about looking at the animals-lions , tigers, penguins, giraffes and zebras and more. So many animals! Pokey says sadly “ I know it’s interesting to see all these animals especially if you can’t visit them in the wild. But it’s sad that they are in gages and not free to run! Look there’s a cousin of mine- the zebra! Maybe I could let him go?” “Oh no!” Says Gumby “ He wouldn’t be happy here . It’s not his native habitat. But you could let the zoo know how you feel. Maybe things will change!” So off they go , back through the Door and on to new adventures.
