April 6,2021. Pandemic Blues. “Come on Pokey! Let’s go for a walk!” calls Gumby. Pokey is still depressed and doesn’t want to go for a walk. But Gumby explains that it will do him good to be out in the fresh air and sunshine. “ Look at the trees , the leaves are coming out and the greens are breathtaking! “ exclaims Gumby. Pokey begins to look around and hears birds chirping. “I feel a little better “ he mutters. “That’s great” says Gumby “ because tomorrow we are going to get our pokes!” What does that mean thinks Pokey?
