April 27,2021. Pandemic Blues. Gumby thought it would be a great idea if today they went to see the spring blossoms. Pokey is afraid it’s going to be a very boring day. He brought his soccer ball, hoping for a friend to play a game. So far all he has seen are geese, a duck and a rabbit. Pokey noticed the rabbit nibbling on some of the flowers and thought maybe they tasted as good as they smelled. He took a mouthful, chewed a little and then spat the flowers out. “ Yuck, that’s disgusting!” Pokey shouts. Gumby says” What are you doing? Flowers are to look at and enjoy!” “ Well the rabbit was doing it! And how about all those geese and ducks? They are just pooping everywhere! I have had to clean my ball several times!” “Oh Dear! “ exclaims Gumby” I guess the geese live here too.
