Week Fifty Two of A Painting A Week

Two postings for this last week of my posting for a year! It's been fun and the response has been gratifying. The first picture is an older collage. I paint the paper first with acrylics and then tear and assemble the collage. The second photo is of a work in progress, a new direction. Happy Spring!

Week Fifty of a Painting A Week
So I have recently discovered that many viewers thought I was posting a freshly done painting each week. But no, my intent was to post a painting each week for a year regardless of when it was done. Some have been brand new, others are old friends.
Today I offer a new collage of my take on the fashion industry . More to follow!

Today I wanted to post a photo of a painting titled "The Ship". For some reason I can't get that photo on my blog. I have it on facebook and Google+ so it is a mystery to me! If I find it later I will post the photo then!
