Last Spring I created and submitted this piece (Up,Up and Away)to the AGO’s Portraits of Resilience Project. Yesterday I received notice that it will be included in the digital tribute of the upcoming exhibit titled “I AM HERE: Home Movies and Everyday Masterpieces”. This will be a slideshow of the images featured in the online gallery( https://ift.tt/d1GpecM) which will be running in the gallery space. The March challenge for the Eclectic Collage Collective (London,Canada)was Alison and Peter Smithson, British architects working during the Brutalism period of the 1960’s. I was interested in their use of quirky collage added to their blueprints.
